Welcome to the Better Together Film Festival, where we are gathering as neighbors to experience stories that inspire us to bridge divides, practice deep empathy, and step up as peacemakers in our communities.
About The Movie:
After the 9/11 attacks, no one could agree on what should be done with Ground Zero. So when 5,000 representative New Yorkers were gathered and asked to decide what to do, people expected chaos and fighting. But what happened was democracy.

Grab a drink at our cash bar, enjoy complimentary snacks, mingle with other guests before and after the rotations, and see who you connect with. We’ll have two groups chatting on each side of the room. No pressure, no games, just face-to-face chemistry in a laidback environment. Sign-in begins at 7:00pm. Event begins at 7:30pm. Admission is $25 per person, with a $20 early-bird price if you sign up by June 30th!

Join us for a laugh-filled night of improv comedy with four special guest speakers! Our guests will share a true story from their lives, then our improv team will use those stories as inspiration for comedy scenes that are made up on the spot. We’re excited to have our guest storytellers, Roger Smith, Kenny Cook, Lena A. Conwill, and Bentley Burns, share their stories with us!
Featuring professional improvisers from Tupelo’s WEST OF SHAKE RAG comedy troupe. 7:30pm. Doors open at 7:00pm. $10 admission. Rated PG13-R(ish), we’ll find out together. Drinks available for purchase and FREE popcorn!
